Een jigsetje besteld! Ik zag al dat ik de laatste combo had uit de voorraad, bleek er helaas een voorraad verschil. Ik werd direct gebeld, vriendelijke lui, en ben door hen gecompenseerd met een mooi alternatief. De set was iets duurder, toen ik aangaf het verschil te willen bijleggen was er al overlegd dat het niet nodig was.

Topservice!!! Trui gekocht maar maat was niet goed. Helaas lange levertijd vanuit de leverancier. Maaarrrrr na een tijdje werd ik gebeld door Eurotackle dat de trui binnen was. Superblije zoon met een prachtige trui. Bedankt mensen!

Onlangs paar end tackle spullen besteld en ook 5 kilo boilies. Bij het openen van de zak waren alle boilies poreus. Kreeg ze niet eens op mijn hair. Vielen zo uit elkaar. Ik heb een filmpje gemaakt van de boillies en hoe ze tot gruis vallen wanneer je er zacht in knijpt. Contact opnemen met tackle xl en kreeg te horen dat ze eerst de e-mail van de leverancier af wouden wachten. Ik heb vervolgens 4 dagen later gebeld en kreeg bovenstaande te horen. Ik heb de meneer medegedeeld dat ik een product koop bij tackle xl en niet bij de leverancier. En bij het verkopen van een ondeugdelijk product is de verkoper verantwoordelijk voor het vervangen van het ondeugdelijk product. En niet de leverancier. Toen zei ik stuur me anders voor het zelfde geld maar andere boillies toe. Dat wou meneer niet. Het bedrag van de boillies wordt geretourneerd. Ja dat scheelt tackle xl natuurlijk verzendkosten. Mooie service. Not! Nooit bestel ik hier iets weer. Prutsers
